OUR SERVICE TO CLIENTS DURING THE COVID-19 EPIDEMIC (UPDATE 1)

As a result of the restrictions on movement imposed by the Government in response to the Covid-19 crisis, all fee earners and support staff who are able to work remotely from home are now doing so and will continue to do so until the Government’s restrictions have been lifted. We are, however, maintaining a skeleton service at 20 Wood Street so that post and hand deliveries can be monitored and forwarded to the relevant fee earner.

The best way to contact us during this period is by email or by telephoning the office switchboard and following the instructions. Your call will then be diverted to the person dealing with your matter within the company. We will respond to you as soon as possible, whether by email or telephone to the contact number you provide.

Although we are currently unable to arrange face to face meetings, we are able to set up meetings using Skype or Facetime so if this is something that you require, please be in touch to arrange this.

Please rest assured that your ongoing matters and new instructions with be dealt with in the same reliable and professional manner that you are accustomed to. Thank you for your continuing support in these difficult times and please do not hesitate to contact us.

OUR SERVICE TO CLIENTS DURING THE COVID-19 EPIDEMIC  (See Update of 25/03/2020)

During the current emergency related to the Covid-19 epidemic, whilst we are able to do so we will continue to serve our clients from our offices at 20 Wood Street. Our space and layout allows us to meet “distancing” recommendations for staff and clients. We have made arrangements for telephone and email contact with clients to be maintained at all times and tested arrangements are in place for home-working, should we no longer be able to be at 20 Wood Street because of movement restrictions. Please do not hesitate to contact us about any ongoing or new business - we are here to help you wherever we can, however long the disruption to our lives lasts. We may also be able to use video contact over the Internet using widely available media such as Skype and Facetime if such options are available to you.
