On death, we can help administer an estate ensuring that gifts, money and property left in a will are passed correctly and promptly. Where a will is not made, we can  ensure that money, property and effects pass in accordance with the law.

We can vary a will after death to limit the inheritance tax liability of surviving family members.

If you would prefer to appoint a professional to manage your estate when you die you can appoint us alone or alongside other family members.

In old age and infirmity we can help you appoint a person of your choice to manage your financial affairs through a power of attorney if you are no longer able to manage your affairs yourself.  We also undertake Court of Protection work where a power of attorney has not been made.

A member of our specialist team can visit you at your home, in the hospital or care home if a visit to our offices is impossible.  Our elderly clients are treated with the utmost care and consideration.
